Can Purple Hair Turn Green

My hair is currently a fading splat ocean ombré blue turquoise almost green now 7 weeks later i need to turn it darkest purple that i can adapt but will not use splat agin due to it bleeds out constantly even with sweat my entire face will be blue what colors should i use and do i need to re bleach if so what products and shades thank u and please please help.
